“Stand with walls” have gray carpeting as standard. If you wish a different color, it can be ordered for an additional price.
** All stands is equipped with 1 kW of power, suitable for small devices such as mobile phones and computers.

Type of Stand
STAND WITH WALLS is constructed using ‘Octanorm’ aluminum profiles with white walls included:
- facia with stand number and name
- one spotlight for every three square meters
- 1 kW of power *
- gray carpet on floor
- dustbin
- wireless Wi-Fi
SPACE ONLY include:
- 1 kW of power *
- wireless Wi-Fi
* The provided power capacity is suitable for smaller electrical devices such as PCs or mobile phones. However, for larger appliances like a coffee machine, extra power can be requested through the following link: www.klivar.fo/side4
Model of standard walls
Important
Please note that the stand walls should be returned at the end of the exhibition in the same state and condition as when you hired them.
If you want to stick signs, posters, etc. on the walls only use the tape provided.
You are responsible for removing the tape after use.
If you fail to do this, or wall boards have been damaged, we shall charge DKK 300,00 excluding VAT per board.
Aluminium profiles must not be damaged, painted or provided with tape or the like.
Offenders will receive an invoice for the cost of cleaning or, required, the cost of new profiles.
Price 250 cm. profile DKK. 550,00 excluding VAT.
If you have your own printed wall panels to be mountet in the Octanorm system, kindly ensure their delivery to the fair no later than May 8, 2026.
A drawing shall be accompanied by a drawing of how these shall be installed.

Exhibitor Badges
All exhibitors shall wear exhibitor badges during the exhibition. Depending on the size of the stand, there will be issued free badges according to the following scale.

Additional badges will be invoiced with Dkr. 100,00 each plus VAT.
You will receive an e-mail with an order form to fill out for your attendee.
As the fair draws nearer, we will provide you with additional information regarding exhibitor registration.
Invite Your Business Associates to the Fair
Exhibitors can order invitation codes, which can then be distributed to customers and other guests.
Recipients of an invitation can register using the code, and the exhibitor will cover the cost of the visitor’s ticket.
Only used invitation codes will be charged. The exhibitor will be charged kr. 100.00 + VAT for each ticket used.
Exhibitors will receive a list of all guests who have used their invitations.
Further information will be provided as the fair approaches.
Transport and Logistics Services
Faroe Express has been appointed by the organizer as the official logistics partner of the exhibition. For all questions related to the preparation of transport documents, delivery of exhibition goods (exhibits, promotional material, stand building materials), customs clearance and handling of goods on the fairgrounds, you are welcome to contact Faroe Express.

Hafnia Catering at the Atlantic Fair

- Coffee, tea, and cookies – we’ll stop by your booth.
- Hafnia Café in Hall D is open throughout the entire fair.
- Lunch Buffet at Restaurant Hafnia every day from 11:30 to 14:30 – all days of the fair!

BEWARE OF FAIRGUIDE
BEWARE of companies that send you faxes or emails offering to list your company in an Exhibitor Directory or a Business Guide, for example FAIRGuide, Expo-Guide, Construct Data Verlag, World Business Directory or World Business Guide.
The material provided by these companies is often formulated in such a way that it gives the impression that Atlantic Fair has chosen to partner with the company in question. However, we have absolutely no relation to these companies whatsoever. Additionally, we would like to make plain that Atlantic Fair never supplied customer data to such companies.
These companies’ typically send mails asking recipients to correct any errors in their corporate address and or name as a way of getting recipients to sign a contract. Note that by signing such a contract you bind your company to pay a specific amount every year for three years for registering your information on their website, which, in our opinion, is absolutely not worth the money.
